These shirts are made by highly respected and renowned Aloha wear manufacturer Tori Richard in its Kalihi, Oahu factory from 65% polyester/35% cotton (wash and wear) double dye from material owned by Bowfin Base, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; consisting of matching pocket and front.
The artwork was created by Tori Richard artists over a period of two years and approved by Bowfin Base
members. It is available in two shades, light and dark, with the same artwork. The artwork recognizes most of the classes of submarines that are, or were, stationed at Pearl Harbor over the years beginning with World War I.
The only hull number on any depicted submarine is SS-287 which is the USS BOWFIN
